DRIVER QUALIFICATION
- Minimum age 23 years old with driving licence issued at least
1 year before date of car rental.
INSURANCE
- Third Party Liability Insurance
– Unlimited coverage included on the rates.
- Passenger/Driver Accident Insurance (PAI).
– Available at Euros 2,49 per day.
- Damage of Rental Vehicle
– An additional tax (LDW) will be charged to eliminate the rentee's
liability for damages above the amount of the minimum deductible.

AIRPORT SERVICE CHARGE
- All rentals beginning at the Airport or finishing there, will
be charged with Euros 10,00 per day. IMPORTANT:
All internet reservations benefit from our special Airport
Discount:
that is, the client is free from paying
the airport service charge for online internet reservations
!
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
- Rentals are chargeable if delivered out of our offices areas
or if collected in unauthorised places (areas beyond the scope of
coverage service in Madeira).
- Rentals are chargeable with Euros10,00 if beginning
after Midnight (00.00H) at the airport.
FUEL
- The client must return the car with as much fuel as it had when
delivered to him/her on the day of the initiation of the car rental.
There will be no refund for excess fuel left over !
BABY SEAT
- Available if requested at an additional charge of Euros 2,50
per day
EXTRA HOUR
- Will be charged as 20% of the daily rate.
PAYMENT
- The estimated cost of rent and all other charges, will be deposited
in advance when renting. For payment credit cards are accepted
(Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club).
Eurocheques and Travel Cheques are also Accepted.
GOVERNMENTAL TAX
- 13% Sales Tax (VAT) will be calculated upon total amount of rental.
INFRACTIONS TO THE ROAD CODE
- The client is totally is totally responsible for all traffic tansgressions.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
- The rental ends on the day and hour fixed by the client and mentioned
on the rental agreement, if a prorogation is required the same must
be requested in advance and duly paid. Otherwise the rentee/client
will be driving without insurance and the police may be notified,
the rentee/client is also responsible for any loss due to the delay.
Rates may change without previous notice.
